About the job Job Responsibilities 1.Sales Performance & Target Achievement ; Set, drive, and achieve assigned sales targets. 2.Sales Channel Development & Expansion ; Include, enlarge, and extend sales channels across Kampala. 3.Product Awareness & Visibility ; Create product awareness to the end user at point of sale. 4.Team Supervision & Field Execution ; Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team in the field. 5.Perform any other duties related to sales operations as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of the Kampala FMCG market Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
