About the job We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Cost Controller to join our team at Nytil Plant in Jinja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing plant costs using SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on process costing and production efficiency. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CMA) preferred 5–8 years’ experience in manufacturing (textile industry preferred) Strong SAP S/4HANA experience (CO & Product Costing) Expertise in process costing, variance analysis, and material control Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally with production teams Location: Nytil Plant – Jinja
