Responsibilities : Plan and manage daily production schedules for all print jobs. Oversee the entire production process including pre-press, press, and finishing. Ensure all work meets quality standards and client specifications. Supervise and manage production staff, including machine operators and finishing teams. Monitor workflow and improve efficiency to reduce delays and downtime. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams on job requirements and timelines. Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and servicing of printing equipment. Required profile for job ad : Production Manager - Kampala Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in print production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong understanding of printing processes (digital and/or offset printing). Proven experience managing production teams and workflows.
