Position : Sales Agent Location: Kampala , Jinja Road Job Summary: The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling loan products to clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients to promote products. Explain the benefits and features of various loan plans to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales is an added advantage. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
