Sales Support Representative – Poultry (Day-Old Chicks & Feeds) Location : Central region Employment Type: Full-Time About Vitachick Vitachick is a growing poultry company specializing in the supply of high-quality day-old chicks and poultry feeds. We are committed to supporting poultry farmers with reliable products and practical technical guidance to improve productivity and farm profitability. Position Summary Vitachick Products is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Support Representative to strengthen relationships with our customers and provide on-farm technical support. The successful candidate will visit poultry farmers, guide them on best poultry management practices, and support the sales team by ensuring customers obtain maximum value from Vitachick products. Key Responsibilities Visit existing and potential customers to promote Vitachick day-old chicks and poultry feeds. Provide technical guidance and advisory support on poultry management, feeding programs, brooding, and disease prevention. Build strong relationships with farmers and identify opportunities to improve their productivity using Vitachick products. Support the sales team by addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical challenges. Conduct farm visits and follow-ups to monitor the performance of supplied chicks and feeds. Organize and participate in farmer training sessions, demonstrations, and field days. Gather customer feedback and market information to help improve products and services. Prepare regular field reports and updates for management. Qualifications and Requirements Diploma or Degree in Animal Production, Animal Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of poultry production and management practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently to farms. Sales or field extension experience in the poultry sector will be an added advantage. Valid rider’s license (preferred).
