Background We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-driven finance professional to oversee financial controls and reporting across our Murchison Falls boat operations. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring accuracy, accountability, and zero revenue leakage. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate daily financial reporting (cash, ticketing, revenue) Conduct daily cash audits and report to Head Office Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance Track fuel usage per trip and reconcile income to guest lists Prepare financial reports and recommend improvements Working with other staff on ground to ensure administrative procedures in place are complied to. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field CPA / ACCA required (Audit qualification is an added advantage) 3-5 years' experience in finance or auditing Strong Excel and analytical skills High integrity, attention to detail, and strong reporting ability Duty Station At the company Head Office in Entebbe (with regular travel to Murchison National Park) Reporting Line To the company Financial Controller with dotted lines to operational manager(s)
