Job Description Main Purpose: Develop performance and maintain the activities of Fixed Home broadband sales with responsibility for your team's day-to-day activities. MTN Uganda Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is seeking to recruit a competent individual to fill the following position; Job Title: Team Leader – Direct Sales Reports to: Manager – Fixed Broadband No. of Vacancies: 1 Main Job Functions: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets Closely monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly Recruit, train, and manage new sales agents Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and team members Ensure that all sales team members adhere to company policies and procedures Provide regular feedback to the sales team and conduct performance evaluations Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless customer experience. Education: A minimum of bachelors degree in any field from a recognized University Experience: Fluency in English and one local language 2 years experience in the sales industry Good knowledge of sales and retail Industry trends, and best practice retail and service principles. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Leadership Sales & retail industry trends Best practice & service principles High Level of Computer literacy Best practice customer service principles Business process optimization Strong sales and negotiation skills Stress Management Problem Solving, Flexibility Communication Skills Coordinating Techniques Interpersonal skills
