This role focuses on designing experiences that directly support customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and revenue growth within a complex B2B fintech product. You will take ownership of growth-focused initiatives such as first-time use, onboarding flows, feature discovery, in-product education, and upsell experiences.
