WE ARE HIRING! Administrative Assistant - Tech Ops KEY ROLES Manage Precoro requisitions, material processing, & petty cash reconciliations. Coordinate meetings, transport, deliveries, & site visits while maintaining organized documentation & providing general administrative support for the team efficiently among other roles REQUIREMENTS 1.UCE and UACE required 2.Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement & Logistics, Secretarial Studies, or related field is an added advantage 3.Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role 4.Experience handling petty cash and basic reconciliations 5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 6.Experience using procurement systems (Precoro experience is an added advantage)
