The Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. The role also includes maintaining client relationships, handling bidding process, and providing support for staff and management Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in office software and tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience in record keeping and document management Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Office management from a reputable university
