Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, CAP 205 as amended, and Regulations 2023 and is open to all bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at (7) from 9:00am – 4:00pm . The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at (7) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) . The method of payment will be in the bank on Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited, Stanbic Bank, Operations A/C No. 903001177327 upon which bidders shall be presented a bank slip as proof of payment. The document will be issued electronically upon presentation of a receipt of payment. Bids must be delivered to the address below at (7) at or before 11:00am of 27th April, 2026 . All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration valid until 30th October, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend at the address below at (7) at 11:00am of 27th April, 2026 .
