Headquarters: Remote - Canada: Select locations Role Description As a Technical Content Developer in the Knowledge, Experience, & Platforms (KXP) org you will play a crucial role in ensuring our self-serve teams can confidently adopt, implement, and grow with Dropbox products. You will work with the Technical Content Strategist to execute and deliver clear, scalable, and impactful technical documentation that enables customer success across a range of use cases—from integrations and setup, to long-term support and expansion. This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of product, support enablement, and customer enablement.
