Experienced Goat Farm Caretaker

Key Responsibilities Feed, water, and monitor goats daily. Maintain a consistent spraying schedule for tick and pest control. Support breeding, kidding, and care for newborn kids. Keep daily records of feeding, spraying, and herd health. Safely store and administer medicines and supplements under vet guidance. Report emergencies immediately to management and veterinary staff. Maintain cleanliness of pens and grazing areas. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in goat or livestock care. Knowledge of tick control, goat feeding practices, and disease prevention. Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision. Willingness to live on-site in Mpigi. Basic record-keeping skills (reading/writing required). Salary & Benefits Competitive pay: UGX 400,000 – 600,000 per month (based on experience). Housing provided on the farm. Performance bonuses for herd health and low mortality.
