Kray Microfinance is looking for Female Relationship Officers to lead our Mama Cash Program — a powerful initiative supporting women to save, learn, and access loans. What You Will Do: Recruit women into the Mama Cash program Help them save consistently for 30 days Guide them through financial training Support them to access loans and grow their businesses What We Offer: Monthly Retainer: UGX 200,000 Daily Field Facilitation, Lunch, Data (based on activity) Attractive commissions on signups, savings, and loan disbursements Opportunity to earn over UGX 700,000+ monthly Who Should Apply: Minimum: Senior 4 / Certificate / Diploma Women who are energetic and confident Prior experience in group loans is an added advantage Experience in sales, business, or customer engagement is an advantage Must be willing to work in the field (markets, shops, communities) Location: All Kray Microfinance Branches
