Description Lotus Brand Limited is hiring an IT Agent (50) with the following duties and responsibilities; Location: Gabba, Kampala Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM Salary & Benefits: Monthly Salary: UGX 450,000 Free accommodation provided Meals included (Lunch and Dinner) Performance-based bonuses Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support and technical assistance Handle online tasks and system operations Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks Troubleshoot system and network issues Assist clients with IT-related inquiries Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations Report daily work progress to supervisors Requirements: Basic knowledge of computer systems and internet use Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure; disciplined and hardworking Ability to work long hours and in a team environment Prior experience in IT support is an added advantage Fast learner and able to follow instructions Must be able to read and understand English
