It was first established as a sole proprietor in 2017 operating under the names of Sekajja Abbas kezimbira in Sonde, Namugongo and later incorporated as a limited liability company in 2020 with expanded units in Nakosi, Nagalama, Mukono district and Bombo in Luwero district.
