Minimum Qualification and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum 4–8 years’ experience for a QA/QC Engineer. • Experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and general civil/building works. • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, blockwork, plaster/render, waterproofing, structural steel coordination, finishes, snagging, and handover inspections. • Able to prepare and manage Project Quality Plan, ITPs, method statements, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, quality checklists, testing records, and close-out documents. • Good working knowledge of consultant inspections, material approvals, laboratory coordination, and quality documentation control. • Uganda project experience preferred. ERB registration/eligibility is an added advantage for Engineer roles. Coordination Consultant inspection handling, subcontractor follow-up, site observation close-out, and material/lab coordination. Software: Good Excel, Word, email reporting, and document tracking skills. Behavioral: Strong follow-up, attention to detail, problem-solving, and confidence to stop non-conforming work when required.
