Position Details Employment Type: Full-time Location: Wakiso, Kampala, Mukono Work Arrangement: On-site Reporting Structure: Reports to the General Manager Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver sales presentations to existing and potential clients to sell new advertising programs. Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts. Provide clients with cost estimates for advertising products or services. Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services. Explain how specific types of advertising will promote their products or services effectively. Gather insights about clients' offerings to tailor sales presentations accordingly. Requirements Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related fields 2-3 years of experience in advertising sales Essential Skills: Persuasion, Negotiation, Critical Thinking, Monitoring, Time Management Required Knowledge: Sales and Marketing; Customer and Personal Service; Communications and Media; Computers and Electronics Preferred Qualifications Preferred responsibilities include experience in sales and marketing as well as administration and management, with skills in persuasion, negotiation, and time management being advantageous.
