Sales and Marketing Officer job at Come Again Investments Limited

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Supervisor (for all branches) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to promote and sell Come Again products across all branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving set sales targets, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Identify and pursue new sales opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Conduct product presentations and demonstrations Negotiate sales deals and close agreements Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Come Again products Conduct market research and analyze customer needs Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) Manage social media presence and create engaging content Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals Reporting and Administration: Submit regular sales reports and market analysis to the Sales and Marketing Supervisor Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing efforts Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, or a related field Proven sales and marketing experience (at least 2 years) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Working Conditions: Work will be conducted across all branches Frequent travel may be required Work outside regular office hours may be necessary to meet sales targets and attend marketing events Performance Metrics: Sales targets achievement Customer acquisition and retention rates Marketing campaign ROI Sales and marketing report quality and timeliness
