Inspection of all delivery vehicles/suppliers before unloading of materials. Inspection of incoming materials during offloading. Verifying that accepted materials are properly segregated and stored to prevent mix-up with rejected materials. Sampling of all incoming raw materials, ingredients, and packing materials, to be done in time for chemical or microbial analysis. Participate in new materials trials and report writing. Carry out pre-qualification audits for new suppliers. Hold and isolate non-conforming materials to avoid cross-contamination. Assist in the review of documentation of inspection results across all areas as per the defined requirements of product specifications and regulations. Participate in new product launches to ensure suppliers are capable of delivering materials to the required quality standards. Verification of FIFO rules during issuance and usage of materials in various factories. Generation of weekly, Monthly reports, and Audit reports. Assist in review, implication and update of company records, e.g., SOP and working instructions. Participate/Lead quality audits for suppliers and trending of the audit performance.
