The Associate Corporate Counsel will independently support day-to-day legal operations for the business, be directly involved in business transactions, commercial disputes and settlements, will counsel Large Molecule with regard to certain compliance and regulatory matters, while working in close collaboration with the Director, Corporate Counsel on legal priorities, risk alignment, and escalation matters.
