Tuk-Tuk (Three-Wheeler) Delivery Driver

Department: Logistics (Micro-Distribution) Reporting to : Manager / Cashier Location: Mpigi (Local retail clusters) Overall Purpose To provide agile, high-frequency service to local retail clusters (trading centers, kiosks) where larger trucks cannot easily maneuver, acting as a frontline cash collector and company ambassador. Key Responsibilities Micro-Distribution & Cash Handling Execute small-batch restocking in high-density areas. Act as a frontline collector for small cash sales; accurately remit all payments (cash/mobile money) to the cashier at the end of every shift. Ensure all cash is secured during transit. Vehicle Care & Maintenance Perform daily cleaning and basic mechanical checks (oil levels, tire pressure, brakes) to ensure vehicle uptime. Report any mechanical defects immediately to avoid breakdowns during shifts. Market Intelligence Act as the "ears" of the company by monitoring competitor activity. Report back on which small shops are running low on specific flavors or stock levels. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Productivity: Number of successful drops (deliveries) per day. Accuracy: Zero variance in cash reconciliation. Reliability: 100% vehicle uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance).
