Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new loan customers daily. Grow and manage a high-quality loan portfolio. Conduct business and financial assessments. Build strong relationships with traders, SMEs, and communities. Cross-sell savings and investment products. Monitor customer performance and support repayments. Participate in activations, field visits, and sales campaigns. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Requirements Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related. 6 months experience in microfinance, banking, SACCO, or sales. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship skills. Knowledge of informal sector lending is an added advantage. High energy, integrity, and target-driven mindset.
