We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls remotely. You will perform various administrative and support tasks, including answering calls, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. A strong internet connection and experience with communication tools are essential. Duties and Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers Qualify prospects based on provided criteria Resolve client inquiries and provide excellent service Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records Job Requirements Laptop/Desktop with a minimum CPU score of 4000 (AMD/i5 8th gen or higher) and at least 8 GB RAM Operating system: Windows 11 24H2 or Mac OS Stable fiber optic internet connection Ability to work 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days a week (between 9 AM – 9 PM EST) Excellent command of the English language Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills Comfortable with small talk and maintaining a professional tone Ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow Compensation and Benefits USD $500 basic monthly salary, with the potential to earn up to USD $500 in bonuses per month How to Apply: All applications will be received and reviewed through the BrighterMonday Portal by clicking on the 'Apply Here' section
