WE ARE HIRING CLAIMS OFFICER Responsibilities: Review, evaluate, and process insurance claims in accordance with GA Insurance policies and regulatory requirements. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the claims process, providing updates, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly. Gather and analyze documentation related to claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct thorough investigations into claims, including liaising with external parties. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to insurance claims. Pursue recoveries under RI with the guidance of the Claims Manager. Negotiate with service providers like garages. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on claim status, trends, and outcomes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial/Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Insurance claims processing. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management and Communication skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Highest level of personal and professional integrity. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
