They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join their growing sales & marketing team. This role combines active tele sales with office administration. Job Description Sales & Customer Engagement Make outbound calls to prospective customers including wholesalers, retailers, hospitals, and commercial clients. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Promote industrial gases, medical oxygen, and fire safety solutions to potential clients. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections and negotiate terms effectively. Client communication and follow ups Send professional emails to potential and existing clients, including quotations, proposals, and product information. Perform timely follow ups via phone and email to nurture leads and close sales. Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Administrative & Office Support Duties Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and filing systems (both digital and physical). Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and other sales documentation. Support day-to-day administrative activities on the office floor, including document handling and coordination with other departments. Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, and paperwork). Coordinate internally with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing. Track orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment. Organize and maintain office sales files, reports, and client documentation. Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and sales activities for the team. Reporting & Coordination Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipelines. Prepare and submit tele sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to management. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 1 year’s experience in tele sales, administration, or customer service roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills (including professional email writing). Good organizational and administrative skills. Ability to multitask between calls, emails, and office-based responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and record keeping ability. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/sales tools. Self motivated and able to work independently.
