Responsibilities or duties 1 Planned Maintenance, Emergency Repairs, and Contractor Management Develop and implement a comprehensive planned preventive maintenance programme covering all buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, drainage, roads, fencing, lighting, and generator sets. Respond promptly to all reactive maintenance requests, managing emergency repairs to critical infrastructure with appropriate urgency. Identify, engage, supervise, and performance-manage all specialist maintenance contractors, ensuring all works are executed safely, on time, and within budget. 2 Utilities, Budget, and Asset Management Monitor and manage all utility services including electrical supply, water, sewerage, and telecommunications infrastructure. Develop and manage the annual estate maintenance budget, tracking expenditure against budget monthly. Maintain a complete register of all ICD fixed assets, recording acquisition date, condition, maintenance history, and estimated remaining useful life. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
