Continental Container Terminals Ltd (CCTL) Responsibilities or duties, 1 Security Strategy, Command, and Physical Security Develop, implement, and continuously review a comprehensive security strategy and master security plan for the ICD covering perimeter security, access control, cargo protection, CCTV, guard deployment, and emergency response. Exercise full operational command over all Security Guards and Barrier officers providing direction, supervision, and ongoing performance management. Conduct formal security risk assessments at least twice per year, presenting documented risk mitigation plans insights. 2 Cargo Security, Technology, and Law Enforcement Liaison Design and enforce comprehensive cargo security measures protecting all containers, bonded goods, and company assets from theft, pilferage, and fraudulent removal. Assume overall responsibility for the operational effectiveness of the ICD's CCTV surveillance network, access control systems, and all other security technology. Serve as the ICD's primary point of contact for Uganda Police, URA enforcement, and other relevant law enforcement agencies. Any other duties assigned.
