K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S 1 Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Repairs Execute all scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on the ICD's fleet including engine oil changes, hydraulic fluid services, grease lubrication, filter replacements, brake adjustments, and tyre rotations. Respond promptly to all machine breakdown notifications, conducting thorough diagnostic assessments of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults. Test every repaired machine thoroughly before returning it to operational service, verifying the fault is fully resolved and the machine operates safely under load. 2 Workshop Administration, Safety, and Parts Management Raise accurate spare parts requisitions for all maintenance and repair work, providing precise part numbers and specifications. Maintain the workshop in a clean, organised, safe, and fully functional condition at all times, complying with all workshop safety rules and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. Complete all required maintenance documentation accurately including job cards, service records, and defect logs. Any other tasks assigned.
