Job Purpose: To identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and business opportunities that contribute to the growth and diversification of Masaka Farms. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for farm products and services. Develop and present business proposals and pitch decks to potential partners and investors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, government agencies, and community organizations. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership projects. Track and report on the performance of business development initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management. Proven track record of securing and managing successful partnerships. Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and results-oriented approach. Excellent understanding of the agricultural sector is a plus.
