Job Purpose: To support the finance department in managing the day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in ledgers, and assisting with financial reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment collection, and supplier payments. Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF) are remitted on time. Maintain the fixed asset register and monitor depreciation. Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis. Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and tax regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA Part II or higher (CPA-K preferred). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel. Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity. Knowledge of local tax laws is essential.
