Job Purpose: To drive revenue growth by actively seeking new customers, promoting Masaka Farms' products, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and acquire new customers (e.g., retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, individuals) for the farm's products. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Present, promote, and sell products to current and potential clients. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and complaints. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on product demand and competitor activity. Represent the company at trade shows, markets, and promotional events. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration. Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the agricultural or FMCG sector. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient.
