Job Purpose: To provide excellent customer service at the farm's retail outlet, handling sales transactions, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and inviting shop environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products (e.g., fresh produce, farm products). Operate a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system, processing cash and card payments accurately. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively and priced correctly. Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop area. Assist with receiving and checking new deliveries. Promote special offers and new products to customers. Qualifications & Skills: KCSE certificate or equivalent. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Honest and reliable with a strong work ethic.
