Job Purpose: To lead the HR function, developing and implementing people strategies that support the farm's growth, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure compliance with all labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and promoting a positive work environment. Lead the implementation of the farm's diversity and inclusion strategy, ensuring a supportive environment for all employees, including those from the Deaf community. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll inputs. Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs. Ensure full compliance with all relevant labor laws and statutory requirements. Provide strategic HR advice to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Higher Diploma in HRM / CHRP-K certification. Registered with IHRM (Institute of Human Resource Management). Minimum 7 years of generalist HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of Kenyan labor laws. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in fostering inclusive workplaces is highly desirable.
